All packages start at a minimum $1200 plus any add on services. Please contact so that a Custom Package can be created for you. Why pay for something you do not require or need.
The Gold Package-Elaborate
This Package is designed for the couple who is unable to plan and execute any of the major details of their wedding. I work with your budget and wish list.I supervise all vendor meetings, site visits, tastings, fittings and more. I do the majority of the leg work for you.
- Consultations six months, three months and one month before your wedding to discuss all the details of your day
- Become familiar with your ceremony site and reception location
- Contact and coordinate with all the vendors 1-2 weeks prior to wedding
- Provide detailed event timelines to the vendors and all parties involved
- Attend the wedding rehearsal (if requested)
- Coordinate with vendors, wedding party and immediate family members
- Provide full wedding day management (arrive prior to vendors to make sure facility is set up and stay until everything is broken down)
- Assist in removal of décor /reception items if needed
- Email confirmation reserving date, time and location of the wedding day and rehearsal services if applicable.
- Use of Emergency kit
- Unlimited email, phone contact and if necessary personal contact to discuss matters of the wedding
The Silver Package-Simple & Intimate
This Package is designed for the client who does not have as much time to identify vendors, etc. They want to make the most of their decisions with direction from a coordinator. This package will provide assistance with budgeting and will make sure every small detail is covered so you and your guests are able to enjoy every precious moment.
- Consultations three months and one month before your wedding to discuss all the details of your day
- Email confirmation reserving date, time and location
- Review all vendor contracts and confirmation of vendor services 1-2 weeks prior to wedding
- Assistance in development of a wedding day itinerary
- Directing service on the wedding day for four-six hours
- Use of Emergency kit
- Management of the wedding day itinerary, vendors and wedding party Pease inquire, if that is all you will need.
Day of Coordination
This is for the clients who have taken care of all the details for their Event and are in need of services the day of the event to direct and coordinate. I will meet at least 4 weeks prior and go over the details, including vendor contracts, and make sure all details are covered and carried out as planned.
- 8-12 hours is $1200 plus 6.5% Tax (depending on needs of the day) this would cover the time from 9a-10p
- if needed less than 8 hours a rate will be negotiated depending on complexity of wedding
- travel expenses will be incurred if more than 50 miles from my address
Some modifications in fees may occur depending on complexity of wedding & number of guest. We can discuss a contract that will cover your guest and budget. These are just the basis and starting prices. All rates are negotiable.
